Job Summary
AR Contractor Pte Ltd seeks a skilled Plasterer to prepare and plaster surfaces for residential projects, ensuring smooth, durable walls ready for painting.
Responsibilities
- Apply plaster, skim coat, and patching materials on walls and ceilings to create smooth, even surfaces
- Repair cracks, holes, and uneven areas to restore wall integrity and appearance
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding to ensure proper plaster adhesion
- Level and smooth walls to meet quality standards before painting
- Support painters on site by assisting with related tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas after completing tasks
- Follow safety protocols and use tools and materials correctly to ensure a safe work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant experience in plastering or construction work
- Basic knowledge of plastering materials and techniques
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor
- Ability to work responsibly and collaboratively within a team
