Job Summary
Urban Paint Service Pte. Ltd. seeks skilled Plasterers to prepare walls and ceilings for residential painting projects across Singapore, ensuring smooth, even surfaces and high-quality finishes through repair and surface preparation.
Responsibilities
- Perform plastering on walls and ceilings to create smooth, even surfaces for painting
- Repair cracks, holes, and uneven areas to restore surface integrity before painting
- Apply skim coat evenly to achieve a smooth finish on walls and ceilings
- Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, and leveling to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Collaborate effectively with painters and site supervisors to coordinate work and meet project standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and handle materials properly to prevent damage or waste
- Adhere strictly to site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in plastering or construction work to deliver quality surface preparation
- Ability to produce smooth and even wall finishes that meet project requirements
- Physically fit to perform manual site work safely and efficiently
- Demonstrate responsibility, diligence, and teamwork in completing assigned tasks
