Job Summary
Assist the Restaurant Manager in enhancing the restaurant atmosphere and operations by supervising staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, managing schedules and payroll, handling customer concerns, and controlling supply orders within budget.

- Record payroll data systematically to ensure timely and accurate compensation
- Order food, linens, gloves, and other supplies within budget limits to support smooth restaurant operations
