Job Summary
Urban Paint Service Pte. Ltd. seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily painting works at residential projects across Singapore, ensuring quality workmanship, smooth operations, and timely project completion.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily painting activities at HDB flats, condominiums, and landed properties to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Assign and coordinate tasks among painting workers on-site to maintain efficient workflow
- Inspect surface preparation and painting finishes to guarantee durability and smooth results
- Monitor project progress against schedules and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly with clients to address concerns and provide updates when required
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and maintain cleanliness throughout the project duration
- Report daily progress and any issues promptly to management for timely resolution
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant experience in painting or construction work to support effective site supervision
- Basic knowledge of painting processes to enhance quality control and task coordination
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities independently and collaboratively
