ASSISTANT PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Job Requirements:

• Supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring it meets objectives, timelines and quality standards
• Lead and manage project team members (skilled and unskilled workers), providing guidance, support, and feedback
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities
• Identify potential technical issues, and implement corrective actions
• Communicate project status, issues, and changes to Project Manager or Engineer
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project safety risks
• Ensure project installation meet quality standards
