DRAFTER CUM PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare production and shop drawings using AutoCAD/SketchUp based on project specifications

• Create clear and accurate technical drawings for production use

• Calculate materials quantities etc. based on drawings and generate cut lists

• Coordinate with production team in the factory to ensure drawings are understood and followed correctly

• Coordinate work schedules and timelines, plan daily/weekly production tasks, track progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Arrange and manage time schedules for production team (e.g., prioritising urgent jobs, sequencing tasks for efficient workflow)

• Maintain organized digital drawing files and material records

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD (knowledge of other software is a plus)

• Prior experience in woodworking, furniture drafting is an advantage

• BCA Skills Certificate (Basic-Skilled) mandatory for construction Work Permit application

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and calculate materials accurately from drawings or requirements.

• Good communication skills in Chinese and English (able to understand instructions and coordinate with production team)

• Meticulous, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of accountability and reliable, excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work well under deadlines, willing to learn and adapt quickly to change.

• Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
