Site Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all construction activities
• Oversee PPVC module delivery, installation, and interface with in-situ works
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or site challenges proactively
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Enforce workplace safety practices and ensure adherence to regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and requirements from the Building and Construction Authority
• Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, efficiently
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects
• Experience in PPVC projects will be an advantage
• Good understanding of local construction regulations and site practices
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Working Hours: 5.5 days
