SITE MANAGER

. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.

. Plan and schedule work in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.

. Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.

. Handle technical and engineering problems.

. Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works and ensure work progress according to schedule.

. Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
