Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall site operations, including planning, execution, and delivery

• Manage subcontractors, manpower, and resources effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements

• Monitor project schedule and implement recovery plans if needed

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management

• Possess related experience in building construction, with leadership experience

• Strong site management and coordination capabilities

• Good knowledge of construction processes and regulations
