CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

Responsible for site supervision and coordination work

Assist Project Manager / Site Engineer in the dailyexecution of work

To perform job estimations, drawings, site surveys, etc

Monitor, control, and coordinate site work with theoperations team as well as sub-contractors

Ensure that the works are carried out following the projectquality, safety plan, and contract requirements, including drawings andspecifications

Ensure compliance with safety regulations

To update daily work done for all jobs

Delegate the works and control the projects within thebudget and schedule

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

Minimum 5 years and above of relevant working experience inMain Construction

High integrity with good analytical and problem-solvingskills

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills/teamplayer

Able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job

6 days work week due to construction site requirement
