▸ Implement approved method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures on site, ensuring strict compliance with WSH Act, MOM, NEA, BCA, LTA, and PUB requirements.
▸ Plan and supervise daily site activities - demolition sequence, earthworks progression, hoarding installation, traffic management, hacking, reinstatement, and waste disposal coordination.
▸ Coordinate with the main contractor's RE/RTO/site team, sub-contractors, suppliers, and authorities. Attend site coordination meetings and represent T.A.G.professionally.
▸ Supervise site supervisors, foremen, and operators. Conduct daily toolbox briefings and enforce permit-to-work systems (hot works, lifting, confined space, working at heights).
▸ Manage plant deployment - excavators, tippers, breakers - to maximize productivity and minimize idle time.
▸ Liaise with thein-house Professional Engineer (PE) on structural decisions during phased demolition and temporary works.
▸ Maintain accurate site records - daily reports, progress photos, manpower returns, plant logs, materials reconciliation, and as-built drawings.
▸ Drive WSH culture onsite. Lead by example. Investigate and report incidents in line with bizSAFE and ISO 45001 protocols.
▸ Support the QS and Project Manager on variation orders, progress claims, and site measurement verification.
▸ Conduct site walks, identify risks early, and propose corrective actions before issues escalate.
