Job Description

  • Oversee daily site activities and ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Interpret construction drawings and resolve technical queries with consultants, architects, and subcontractors
  • Conduct inspections, material testing, and QA/QC checks and ensure corrective actions
  • Track work progress, update project schedules, and report to Project Manager. Prepare daily/weekly site reports
  • Enforce site safety rules, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, and WSH regulations
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment. Verify deliveries and control wastage
  • Maintain site diaries, RFIs, site instructions, as-built records, and variation claims
  • Attend site meetings with client, consultants, and authorities
