Be part of the site team to perform engineering design, project management and oversee drawing management, and control of technical documentation
Good knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and codes, design development & detailing
To assist Project Manager for site planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and inspections
To ensure site activities are executed in full compliance with technical specification and approved drawings within project budget and schedule
To liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors for technical submittal and approval
To adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices
To ensure efficient control and use of manpower, equipment and materials onsite without wastage
Others ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering duly recognised by Professional Engineer Board of Singapore and accepted universities within the BCA listing.
At least 3 years in relevant working experience in local construction industry
Self-motivated, independent and good interpersonal & communication skills
