Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome customers, assist with enquiries, and provide friendly customer service.

  • Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and handle basic cashiering duties.

  • Assist with food preparation, packing, and takeaway orders when required.

  • Replenish food, beverages, and other shop supplies.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, counter, and shop premises.

  • Assist with daily opening and closing operations.

  • Ensure proper food handling and follow hygiene and safety standards.

  • Support other daily restaurant operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
