Shop Sales Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers, attend to enquiries, and provide friendly and efficient customer service.

• Promote and recommend food items, menu specials, and available products to customers.

• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cashiering duties.

• Assist with food packing, takeaway orders, and serving when required.

• Ensure food displays, counters, and shelves are properly arranged and replenished.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of items that need replenishment.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area, and shop premises.

• Assist with daily shop operations, including opening and closing duties.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
