Job Description
Hiring: ServiceNow Engineer | Singapore
Role: ServiceNow Engineer
Location: Singapore
Duration: Contractual
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB to support network discovery, CMDB validation and onboarding of a large network device estate.
Key Skills:
• ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping
• CMDB validation, reconciliation & remediation
• Network device onboarding and CI relationships
• Discovery Patterns, Probes & Credentials
• Troubleshooting discovery and data-quality issues
• Strong networking knowledge – Routing, Switching & Firewalls
• Network Operations / Network Engineering experience
• Python / PowerShell scripting is an advantage
Experience: 5+ years in Network Engineering / Network Operations with ServiceNow/CMDB exposure
