Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly decision makers, while keeping updated on potential new projects or upgrades to existing entrances
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies, including compliance with local regulations, to propose new accessories for automated entrances
- Drive penetration into the third-party entrance market by developing strategies to convert competitor equipment to company solutions
- Manage and negotiate secured contracts, ensuring terms are fair and balanced
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions
- Consistently achieve allocated sales targets and financial objectives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business disciplines (technical background preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to present ideas factually and logically with confidence
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of independent learning
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify potential hazards in both company and third-party products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-driven, with initiative to achieve financial targets and adapt strategies as needed
