We're hiring a results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive with solid experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean). If you're passionate about logistics, skilled in sales, and ready to grow with a reputable company, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Leverage your existing client network to drive new business
- Prospect through cold-calls, referrals, and networking
- Manage full sales cycle from lead to deal closure
- Build long-term relationships with key clients
- Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs
- Work closely with the Head of Sales on commercial strategies
- Keep CRM records updated and accurate
Who You Are:
- At least 1 year of freight forwarding (Air & Ocean) sales experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
