Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the operations team with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
- Review client requests thoroughly and respond in a courteous and professional manner, especially in group chats.
- Monitor multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring timely responses, clear communication and high service standards.
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback with Operations team to improve customer experience.
- Enter and manage data using simplified company software and Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word), maintaining confidentiality and precision.
- Assist with general administration matters as required.

- Your experience: 1 to 2 years in Customer Service line
- High school diploma or above is a plus
Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Work Location: Tanjong Pagar
