Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our Japanese restaurant chain as full-time service crew members. You will play an important role in creating a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, assign seats, and present menus
- Take orders and record dietary preferences
- Perform cashiering duties
- Serve food and introduce dishes when needed
- Clear and reset tables, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area
Job Requirements:
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Able to communicate in basic English to interact with customers and the team
- Knowledge of simple Japanese is a plus (e.g., dish names), but not required
- Positive attitude, good team spirit, and customer-oriented
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods and carry light to medium loads (e.g. trays)
