Company Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and disciplined individual to join our team as a Service Crew Leader. This role demands exceptional commitment, proven leadership in F&B operations, and the ability to manage service standards at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise service crew to ensure 100% compliance with SOPs at all times.
- Handle customer complaints independently and resolve.
- Train new staff and ensure they reach operational readiness within 3 days.
- Perform daily opening and closing, including inventory counts, cash reconciliation, and housekeeping checks.
- Maintain zero tolerance for service lapses, hygiene non-compliance, and staff misconduct.
- Report directly to management with daily written reports on operations, sales, and manpower performance.
Requirements (Strictly Mandatory):
- Minimum 10 years proven supervisory experience in the F&B industry.
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional certification.
- NEA Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ) - .
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, split shifts, and extended hours without exception.
- Strong knowledge of labour law, food safety regulations, and MOM requirements.
- Physically fit to stand long hours .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English + 2 additional languages.
- Proven track record of managing teams of at least 5 staff in a fast-paced environment.
