Key Responsibilities
. Develop and implement the restaurant's business strategy, growth plans, and brand positioning.
. Identify market trends and new opportunities to drive revenue and customer engagement.
. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
. Oversee logistics, supply chain management, and vendor relationships.

. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
. Control operational costs, maximize profitability, and achieve revenue targets.
. Build a strong team culture focused on customer service excellence.
. Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs.
. Oversee marketing initiatives, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
. Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints.

Requirements
. Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or in a similar senior role in the F&B or food industry.
. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
. Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively liaise with suppliers in Taiwan
. Experience in food import and export operations
. In-depth knowledge of food processing, supplier management, and quality control
. Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
