About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join us as Service Crew at our fun and lively karaoke team! We're looking for friendly service crew to welcome guests, serve food & drinks, and make sure everyone has a great time.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a positive customer experience with friendly, fair, and courteous service
- Handle phone calls for reservations and guest inquiries
- Greet guests and guide them to their assigned rooms
- Take food & beverage orders and serve promptly with accuracy
- Input orders and manage transactions through the POS system
- Register guest check-ins and ensure proper documentation
- Provide basic technical support (e.g., microphone checks, karaoke system setup)
- Ensure cash handling accuracy at the start and end of each shift
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at all times
- Uphold a neat and professional appearance
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
- Work independently and deliver quality service without supervision
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Working hours
- 6 days working week
- Day shift: 11:00am to 8:00pm
- Night shift: 6:30pm to 3:30am (based on outlet)

- Willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience in F&B is a bonus
