We are seeking friendly and energetic Service Crew to join our team at various KTV outlets across Singapore. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests with professional and attentive service
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Assist in preparing, setting up, and maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and service areas
- Handle cashiering duties and ensure accurate transactions
- Manage guest requests and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner
- Support overall outlet operations including restocking, setup, and closing duties
- Work closely with team members to deliver an enjoyable guest experience
Requirements:
- No prior experience required training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with a team player mindset
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Candidates with prior F&B or hospitality experience will have an advantage
