Service Crew

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and escort them to tables
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Check on customers during meals and address any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Thank customers and invite them to return

Table Service:

• Set up and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between customers
• Ensure proper table setup with utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Monitor and refill beverages as needed
• Assist with special dietary requests and modifications

Support Operations:

• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, restrooms, and entrance
• Stock service stations with supplies and utensils
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Support team members during busy periods

Administrative Support:

• Learn menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Attend training sessions and team meetings
• Communicate customer feedback to supervisors
• Assist with inventory counts and cleaning schedules

Required Qualifications

Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends

Experience & Education:

• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory for entry-level)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Available to work 5 days per week on flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• Bilingual capabilities
• POS system experience
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn
