Responsibilities
. Familiarizes with all food and beverage items in the menu, its ingredients, method of preparation, portion size and presentation to be able to deliver ideal service maximizing guest satisfaction.
. Ensure food and beverage arrive to guests quickly and correctly and confirming guest satisfaction
. Ensure proper table maintenance, including water service, pre-bussing, etc.
. Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner
. Communicate respectfully with chefs (and kitchen team) as necessary
. Support team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before, during, and after service
. Engage management for any guest issue or complaint promptly
. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and service areas
. Stocking and preparing service related items
. Ensures the restaurant, equipment and interiors are always maintained in
a thoroughly clean and fully operational manner.
Requirements:
- Must be able to speak English well
- Experience preferred
- Willing to learn
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Singaporeans and PRs only
Benefits:
- Salary from $2500 to $ 4000 depending on experience
- 12 days AL (with increment of 1 day per year until the max of 17 days)
- Monthly Health Incentive ($50)
- Annual Long Service Incentives from $800 (1 year of service) to $2000 (5 years and above of service
- Annual Health Incentives (0 to 2 Mcs - $150 to $800)
- The Employee shall be entitled to either a staff meal or a meal allowance of $4 per day of work performed.
Working hours: 50 per week
