Job Scope
As part of the Yanhuo front-of-house team, the Service Crew plays a key role in delivering warm hospitality and smooth dining experiences. Responsibilities include:
- Guest Service: Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Order Taking: Present menus, answer questions, make recommendations, and accurately record orders.
- Food & Beverage Service: Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Table Management: Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables throughout service.
- Clearing & Resetting: Clear used dishes and reset tables for the next guest efficiently.
- Payment Handling: Process billing accurately and handle payments through POS system.
- Team Support: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Service Standards: Uphold Yanhuo's hospitality values of warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred but not essential (training provided).
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about food, people, and creating memorable guest experiences.
