Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile creative professional to join our team as a Senior Videographer/Video Editor.

This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports our client's need.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography & Photography:

  • Conceptualise, Plan, and Execute ideas and content independently, supporting the needs of clients.
  • Capture high-quality videos for a variety of content needs, including marketing materials, social media, events, product shoots, behind-the-scenes footage, and more.
  • Operate professional video and photography equipment, including cameras, lighting setups, drones, gimbals, and other necessary tools.
  • Direct talent, subjects, and teams to ensure footage and photos align with the desired style, mood, and message of the project.
  • Scout locations for shoots, considering lighting, space, and overall aesthetics to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Set up and adjust lighting for both video and photography shoots to achieve the desired look.

Video Editing:

  • Edit video footage using industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to create cohesive, engaging video content.
  • Integrate motion graphics, animations, music, sound effects, and voiceovers into video projects to enhance storytelling.
  • Color grade video footage to ensure a professional, consistent look across all media.
  • Deliver polished, high-quality video content in various formats for social media, web, and broadcast platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Photography Editing & Post-Production:

  • Edit and retouch photos to create visually appealing, high-quality imagery that aligns with the brand's style.
  • Use Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other editing software to enhance photos (color correction, cropping, retouching).
  • Ensure that photos are delivered in the correct file formats and optimized for various uses, including social media, websites, and print.

Videobooth Operation:

  • Set up and Tear down of Videobooth
  • Operate the videobooth during the event, assisting guests with creating fun contents
  • Ensure video quality (lighting, composition, etc.) is optimal during the event.
  • Ensure all guests have a positive and enjoyable videobooth experience.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues with the videobooth (camera, printer, lighting, or software).
  • Ensure the timely delivery of digital files to clients or guests.
  • Handle any post-event requests related to photos or other services.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the clients to brainstorm, plan, and execute video and photography shoots that support ongoing campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of video and photo content to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress.

Equipment & Organization:

  • Ensure that all video and photography equipment is in proper working order and properly maintained.
  • Organize and manage video and photo assets, ensuring that files are backed up, easily accessible, and archived as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, and video editor with a diverse portfolio showcasing your work in both fields.
  • Proficiency in video and photo equipment, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, drones, stabilizers, and gimbals.
  • Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Proficient in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, color grading, and sound design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with social media content creation and knowledge of platform-specific content requirements.
  • A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your video, photography, and editing work is required.

Work Environment:

  • Flexible work schedule with the possibility of working remotely or on-location for shoots.
  • Occasional travel required for on-site video/photo shoots or events.
  • 5 Days work week ( including weekends - if any ).
