Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, fast-moving Video Editor who understands social media trends and can turn raw footage into high-performing, scroll-stopping content.
You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice online through Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and ads
- Turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention content
- Add captions, hooks, transitions, and sound effects to boost performance
- Follow trending formats while staying aligned with LMSG brand tone
- Repurpose content across platforms (IG, TikTok, ads)
- Work closely with marketing to test and iterate content quickly
- Deliver videos fast and consistently (volume matters)
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media editing styles (fast cuts, hooks, storytelling)
- Experience editing for TikTok / Instagram Reels
- Ability to identify and execute trending content formats
- Good sense of timing, pacing, and emotional storytelling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Able to take feedback and improve quickly
Bonus (Good to Have)
- Experience in UGC-style content
- Basic motion graphics / animation skills
- Experience working with mom/baby, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Understanding of what makes content convert (not just look good)
Tools
- CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Basic knowledge of Canva / After Effects is a plus
