Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive & Growth Specialist with a strong Growth Mindset and a background in the F&B or Tech industry to join our team in Singapore. The selected candidate will be responsible for the local brand launch and user acquisition for instaChef. You should be a self-starter who can bridge the gap between B2B lead generation and B2C brand experience, translating high-level strategies into efficient local execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily ad performance on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to drive precise user acquisition.

  • Oversee Lead Management (LCRM), including collection and initial screening, while tracking CPL, CPC, and ROI.

  • Develop localized marketing assets, including success stories for franchisees and promotional content for self-operated points.

  • Lead social media content strategy for IG, TikTok, and FB, including copywriting, scriptwriting, and mobile content capturing.

  • Execute offline Activation events, such as grand openings and tasting sessions, to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure brand visual standards and point-of-sale aesthetics are maintained.

  • Liaise with the HQ design team in China to ensure local marketing needs are met with consistent brand tonality.

  • Manage local vendors (printing, logistics, PR) and handle cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in F&B, Smart Hardware, or B2B Service marketing.

  • Deep insight into the Singapore market and local media environment.

  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust strategies based on backend analytics.

  • Proficient in lightweight design tools such as CapCut (剪映) and Canva.

  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) to effectively collaborate with the China-based team and local stakeholders.

  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

  • Hands-on attitude with a willingness to film content and supervise offline executions on-site.

  • Able to start work immediately is a plus.
