The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber, hands-on Regional Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth. You will be responsible for creating brand awareness and generating high-quality leads for our 15 Singapore branches while spearheading our entry into the Vietnam market.
This is an individual contributor role requiring deep technical know-how. You must be capable of executing entire campaigns independently-from web development and SEO to filming TikTok content and managing complex ad spends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Design, execute, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (SEM) and Meta Ads (FB/IG).
- Monitor and lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) while maintaining high lead quality for student enrollment.
- Manage regional ad budgets, including the setup of Vietnam-specific platforms like Zalo Ads.
2. Web Development & SEO
- Take full ownership of the Aspire Hub website, including backend updates, landing page creation, and UX improvements.
- Implement technical and on-page SEO strategies to ensure top rankings for core academic keywords in Singapore and Vietnam.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Search Console to drive data-led marketing decisions.
3. Content Creation (Social Media & Video)
- Concept, film, and edit high-engagement TikToks and Reels to showcase our unique coaching culture.
- Manage the content calendar and community engagement across all social media platforms.
- Ensure brand and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.
4. Regional Strategy & Analysis
- Conduct deep Competitor Analysis in the Singapore and Vietnam education sectors.
- Localize marketing assets for the Vietnamese market, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
- Report directly to the Managing Director on campaign performance and regional growth milestones.
Requirements & Technical Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Digital Marketing. Prior experience in the Singapore Tuition/Education industry is a significant advantage.
- Web & SEO: Proficient in WordPress/CMS management and technical SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Paid Media: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Content Production: Hands-on ability to produce and edit short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Analytics: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and data visualization.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
