In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing succession planning processes, identifying and supporting high-potential talent, and advising on leadership development programs tailored to business needs. In partnership with country-level HR leads, you will ensure local implementation of regionally aligned initiatives, bringing consistency and coherence to talent efforts while respecting local context. Moreover, you will also work closely with business leaders to support performance enablement, team development, and long-term workforce planning.
