Job Description

Role: Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a global Technology firm who is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Lead the HRBP function for Singapore, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
Manage and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners.
Partner closely with GTM leadership to drive organizational change and talent strategies.
Lead the implementation of HR initiatives that support business growth and transformation.

Requirements

Degree holder with 1520 years of HRBP experience in Singapore market handling high-volume workforce.
Experience in GTM (Go-To-Market) business units, ideally within IT services, consulting, high-growth tech, or financial services environments.
Proven capability in leading HR transformation and change initiatives within a complex, matrix environment.
Strong people management skills, experienced in leading HRBP teams.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at the leadership level.
