The Role
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across all business units
- Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and craft compelling role profiles
- Build and execute advanced sourcing strategies across markets
- Screen, assess, and qualify toptier talent for skill, values, and culture fit
- Drive the interview process, offer management, and onboarding handover
- Maintain accurate pipelines and data integrity in the ATS
- Develop longterm talent pipelines for highpriority functions
- Lead recruitment analytics and reporting to leadership
- Champion employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
- Advise the business on talent trends, market movements, and hiring strategies
What You Bring
- 7+ years of recruitment experience in Financial Services or Technology
- A strong operator with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage fast, complex, highvolume searches with precision
- Skilled in sourcing, market mapping, and proactive talent engagement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Organised, datadriven, and comfortable owning multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment metrics
