The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while overseeing global mobility and work pass applications for international hires. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR, and external authorities to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality talent acquisition across multiple regions.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies, including but not limited to social hiring and campus hiring activities.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and direct search.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical, behavioral
- Coordinate interview processes and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
- Prepare offer proposals, manage salary negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes and efficiency.
- Manage personnel P-File and onboarding process together with HRBP
Global Mobility & Work Pass Management
- Manage global mobility processes for expatriates and international hires, including relocation and employment compliance.
- Handle work pass, visa, and permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals in accordance with local immigration laws.
- Liaise with government authorities, immigration vendors, and internal stakeholders on work authorization matters.
- Advise hiring managers and employees on immigration requirements, timelines, and eligibility.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with immigration, labor, and data privacy regulations.
- Monitor changes in immigration laws and assess impact on hiring and workforce planning.
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on onboarding, employee transfers, and workforce mobility initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment and mobility processes align with company policies and global HR standards.
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in talent acquisition, with proven exposure to global mobility and work pass processing.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment practices and employment market trends.
- Hands-on experience managing visa/work pass applications across one or more countries.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and immigration regulations.
