About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end hiring processes and work closely with stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. Fluency in Japanese is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
Serve as a key point of contact between candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Fluent in Japanese (verbal and written) - Preferred for communicating with stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
