Key Responsibilities:
Talent Attraction and Employer Branding:
- Assist in developing and implementing regional talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
- Deliver a professional, brand-enhancing candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote the employee value proposition.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to strengthen employer branding.
- Support development and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes for sourcing, recruiting, selection, promotion, transfer, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Manage talent pools to create pipelines for future roles, including alumni, university, and internship programs.
- Participate in HR and talent acquisition projects, including graduate recruitment and early-career engagement.
Recruitment and Selection Process Excellence:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: requirement gathering, job advertisement creation, sourcing, screening, selection, offer, and onboarding.
- Utilize recruitment tools and processes to ensure high-quality candidate experiences.
- Conduct shortlisting, interviews, and assessment centres, including administering psychometric tests.
- Conduct targeted searches for key roles, oversee overseas hires, internal transfers, and secondments.
- Ensure compliant background and reference checks; manage offer process including salary negotiations.
- Support internal promotion, progression programs, onboarding/offboarding, employee transfers, visa applications, and other administrative processes.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local legislation, including anti-discrimination and data privacy regulations.
Emergency & Crisis Response:
- Participate in emergency, accident, and crisis response responsibilities as required.
