Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing advanced technologies company to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Singapore, offering the chance to shape and lead the recruitment function across both local and global markets.

This newly created role will be instrumental in building a structured and scalable recruitment function that supports the company's ambitious growth agenda. As the dedicated Senior TA Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Singapore and international markets, working closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines. You will also oversee relationships with external search partners for niche or senior-level mandates, ensuring alignment with the company's hiring standards and culture.

A key focus of the role will be to design and implement recruitment workflows, establish hiring metrics, and drive data-informed decision-making across the talent acquisition process. You will lead employer branding initiatives and develop early talent strategies to ensure a strong and sustainable pipeline for future growth. This role offers the opportunity to influence and embed best practices in recruitment, while contributing to broader talent strategy and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally gained in fast-paced, high-growth or scale-up environments. A proven track record in setting up recruitment processes, defining recruitment metrics, and hiring across a range of functions including technology, corporate, and leadership is essential. Strong knowledge of both Singapore and global talent markets will be key to success in this role.
