What You'll Do:
To facilitate and carry out the following daily operations routine:
Set appropriate classroom rules
Ensure that the classroom has an environment that is clean and conducive to work in at all times
Students are to be supervised at all times
To adhere to the routine and rules of the centre
To ensure the safety and security of the students during student care hours
To facilitate social interactions among students and provide support and encouragement should a need arises
To be familiar with a student's medical conditions and dietary restrictions, etc.
To adhere to the specific guidelines given by the Centre Manager as well as the roles assigned by the Centre Manager
To work as a team and share the collective responsibilities
Maintain order and cleanliness in the classrooms
Education/Certifications/Technical Skills:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment for students.
Experience:
Previous experience in student care or childcare roles is preferred.
Familiarity with educational and recreational activities for children.
