We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Patient Service Co-ordinator (Care Navigator).
You will have the opportunity to help make a direct impact on our clients (our patients, their families, and partner healthcare organizations) by navigating the resources that are available in Jaga-Me (a subsidiary of Alliance Healthcare Group)
As a Patient Service Co-ordinator(Care Navigator) , you will:
- Be the first touchpoint for Jaga-Me's customers managing queries from clients with professionalism and empathy
- Co-ordinating the schedules of nurses for cases assigned by the relevant stakeholders like hospitals or direct clients
- Understand patient's needs and provide an accurate care plans and suggestions on Jaga-Me's services while conveying our value proposition to clients
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback or complaints
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media
- Identify improvements to the quality of the customer's overall experience with Jaga-Me
- Maintain service quality by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
- Work collaboratively and partner with different departments to ensure that efforts to maintain customer satisfaction are consistent
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is someone who has high energy, is self-motivated and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Beyond people skills, the ideal candidate must possess great communication skills and a positive, empathetic attitude at all times
- Proactive approach in serving clients and ability to honour deadlines - ensure all tickets or clients queries are resolved well within the deadline
- Able to multitask and toggle between different platforms or IT systems
- Proficiency in English and a second language is preferred
- Able to commit to a 5 days rostered workweek, which will include weekends.
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus
