YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Security Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing security documentation, security systems, assisting the security manager with hardware-related tasks, audits and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
- Manage and oversee Security Operations, Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV Surveillance, IDS, VMS etc) & Corporate Security Policy & Processes at designated sites.
- Assist country lead to ensure comprehensive installation of security systems for new sites
- Conduct security risk assessments and review of security protection plan for the designated sites
- Ensure site compliance with Security Policies and Procedures
- Monitor Security System Equipment and ensure proper functioning and maintenance is carry out.
- Respond to Security incidents and investigate security breaches
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders on all security matters or issues relevant to the designated sites in the absence of country lead.
- Manage the security guarding contract for the designated site and ensure security vendor meets performance standards as defined in the Service Level Agreement KPI.
- Conduct Security Awareness Training to staff, vendors and security personnel.
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments or duties as required by the APAC Director of Security and Intelligence
- Versed in audits such as TAPA ,RCAR,STP and KCR will be advantageous.
- To handle all audit submissions and data records.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Education Level: Minimum Diploma education & above
- Preferably with experience with the military/police service/ security industry in a supervisory role.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with Security Operations, physical security design
- A good team player, possess high level of initiative, hands on, meticulous in details, organized and resourceful
- Able to work independently
- Have a good understanding of risk management principles.
- Able to communicate effectively
- Detail oriented
- Good IT and Microsoft Office knowledge and ability to create documents.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
