We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team on a 6-month contract. This role will assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and filter incoming CVs based on job requirements
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Administer and coordinate Self-Assessment Tests (SAT) for non-local hires
- Handle work pass applications and related documentation
- Follow up on onboarding documentation prior to employees start dates
- Compile and profile shortlisted CVs to hiring managers
- Post job advertisements across relevant job portals and platforms
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure accuracy of details
- Provide administrative support for all Talent Acquisition-related matters
- Assist with ad hoc HR and recruitment tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and onboarding practices
- Experience with work pass applications (a plus but not mandatory)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Arrangement
- Temporary role for 6 months
- 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Working Location: (1) Current to End May @ Martin Road, (2) From June onwards @ Lavendar
