Job Roles & Responsibilities: -- Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows).
- Perform Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with 3rd party systems.
- Manage data migration, data quality, and API-based integrations.
- Serve as technical lead and Salesforce subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, defect resolution, and documentation.
- Support multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
Job Skills & Requirements: -- 35+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, APIs).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, declarative programming, and admin features.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and Oracle databases.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with Lightning projects and community templates.
- Team player, proactive, and self-motivated.
