Job Description
. Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
. Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.
. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
. Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the sales system.
. Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support in the meetings.
. Track sales progress, generate accurate forecasts, highlight performance progress, areas of improvement and provide regular reports to management.
. Work closely with internal teams (like the Marketing and Business Units) to ensure seamless customer experience.
. Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing post-sales support where necessary.
Requirements
. Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, IT or a related field.
. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
. Sales experience in software industry will be an advantage
. Proactive, goal-driven and results-oriented.
. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
