Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales process for private, corporate, and branded event bookings, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Develop, pitch, and tailor event packages, incorporating upsell options such as F&B and advertising.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporates, agencies, and media partners, to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Proactively generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, F&B, Marketing) to ensure seamless handover and execution of events.
  • Provide excellent pre-sale customer service and post-event client engagement to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and bookings using available systems.
  • Report on sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide market intelligence.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, entertainment, or venue management.
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale or complex deals, and to manage multiple client inquiries and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end sales tasks.
  • Comfortable engaging with B2B clients and tailoring solutions to meet event needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with a diverse portfolio of clients and partners, including those from Chinese-speaking markets.
