JOB DESCRPITION:
- To achieve monthly sales targets and expand business opportunities
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and resolving customers queries and complaints
- Generating leads and reaching out to prospects
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet all logistics and operational requirements
- Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data
- Preparing and drafting proposals and quotes
- Keep up to date with industry trends and travelling within the region is required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Above 4 year(s) of sales working experience in Electronic/Automotive Industry preferred
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation, strong communications and presentation skills
- Good initiative and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Japanese language and Japanese culture might be an added advantage as communication with Japan head office is strongly required
- Proficiency in MS office and CRM software
- Other related duties, as assigned
