Job Description
In this role, you will be involved in marine and land engine sales, focusing on shipping and engineering companies across the Asia Pacific region.
This role will offer a valuable opportunity to undergo technical and business training at our Japan HQ for 6 months to 1 year, gaining deep insight into our technology and sales approach.
Responsibilities
-Promote and sell marine and land engines to shipyards, shipowners, and engineering firms.
-Manage client relationships and provide technical consultations
-Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure project success
-Travel within the region as required(Area: South East Asia, Oceania, India, Middle East.)
-Undergo structured training at Japan HQ (6-12 months after joining, Timing needs to be adjusted, within one year from joining.)
-Support the Japanese HQ and coordinate with regional stakeholders
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering
- At least 3-10 years of experience working in shipyards, shipping companies or engineering companies in relation to diesel engine or engine room equipment. (For Senior Sales Engineer, At least 5 years of experience)
- Japanese Speaking skill is required to liaise with Japanese Counterparts. (Japan HQ and Japanese clients)
