Responsibilities:
- Doing the 360 degree practice of recruitment including attracting clients and candidates
- Developing relationships, managing active communication with clients
- Pre-screening candidate's CV, assessing candidate's potential interview and prepare to forward candidate's profile to clients
- Managing the end to end process from coordinating with client to candidate's start date
- Developing and maintaining relations with HR team/Recruit channel partners
- Always keeping in contact with clients to get feedback of candidates
Requirements:
- Great negotiation skills
- Good command of English
- Passionate in a sales-driven / target driven working environment
where you will always learn new and different things from time to time
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a past recruitment consultancy role
