Job Description

The Senior Recruitment Consultant manages high-volume recruitment and workforce deployment for frontline and operational roles, overseeing recruitment delivery and client manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mass hiring and frontline recruitment

• Coordinate high-volume sourcing, screening, and deployment

• Partner clients to meet workforce and manpower needs

• Oversee onboarding, deployment, and attendance coordination

• Maintain accurate recruitment and deployment records

• Support and guide junior recruiters

• Ensure hiring timelines and service standards are met

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline

• Experience in high-volume or operational recruitment for 1-2 years

• Comfortable managing large candidate pools

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
