Job Description

The Senior Recruitment Consultant manages end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments, acting as a trusted talent advisor to clients within the built environment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments

• Partner clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements

• Source, assess, and interview mid to senior-level professionals

• Provide market insights and talent advisory to clients

• Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation

• Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or a client-facing advisory role

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to manage multiple assignments independently

• Consultative and commercially aware mindset
