Manage end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments
Partner clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Source, assess, and interview mid to senior-level professionals
Provide market insights and talent advisory to clients
Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation
Build and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
Degree in any discipline
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or a client-facing advisory role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple assignments independently
Consultative and commercially aware mindset
